About me:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and systems thinker who believes there is a leader within each of us, shaped by our experiences, values, and the way we move through the world.
Early in my career, I came to understand both the joy and the cost of work rooted in service. I saw how meaningful it can be to create change—and how easy it is to lose pieces of ourselves along the way. I experienced that, too.
That experience shapes my work today. I support people who care deeply about what they do and the difference they want to make. I create spaces grounded in compassion, curiosity, and connection—where people can slow down, reconnect with what matters, and lead in ways that feel true to who they are.
For the past decade, I’ve coached, consulted, and facilitated across nonprofit, corporate, and government settings—helping individuals and teams draw on their values and strengths, navigate complexity, imagine what’s possible, and lead with greater clarity, courage, and heart.
